Server data

No cloud academic record

MetaSphere, MAK Studio, and App Studio Dev do not receive your academic entries on a developer server.

Deletion process

Choose the level of deletion you need.

Erase your academic data inside MetaSphere

  1. Open MetaSphere.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Under App control, tap Reset and reconfigure.
  4. Confirm Start over.

This deletes the locally stored profile, academic setup, subjects, attendance history, exams, tasks, and study logs. Basic app preferences may remain.

Erase all MetaSphere data from your device

In your device settings, open the Apps or Applications area, select MetaSphere, then choose the storage option and clear the app's data or storage. You can also uninstall MetaSphere. The exact labels vary by device. This removes academic data and preferences stored by the installed app.

Manage an operating-system backup

Your Android or iOS backup settings may allow the device provider to retain or restore an app backup. MetaSphere, MAK Studio, and App Studio Dev cannot access that backup. Manage or delete it in your device or account backup settings.
